This Week In CAA Football - Playoff Semifinals

For the fourth year in a row, a CAA Football team has advanced to the semifinals of the Division I Football Championship. James Madison joins Towson (2013), New Hampshire (2014) and Richmond (2015) to become the fourth different team to reach the final four of the FCS playoffs over that period.
JMU (12-1) travels to five-time defending national champion North Dakota State (12-1) at 7 p.m. on Friday in a game that will be televised nationally on ESPN2. The contest features the Dukes' top-ranked offense (49.6 ppg) against a Bison defense that's one of the nation's toughest. JMU is coming off a 65-7 victory over Sam Houston State last week, while NDSU overcame an early deficit to beat South Dakota State, 36-10.
