JMU's Precious Hall Headlines WBB Postseason Awards

Bre Bolden was selected as the CAA Defensive Player of the Year for the third consecutive season in voting by the league’s head coaches.
Hall, who was named the CAA Player of the Year for the second time in her career, has had an impressive final season campaign as a Duke, leading the league and ranking in the top-five nationally in scoring with 23.3 points per game. She has scored in double figures in every game this season, reaching 20+ points 18 times, including two 40-point games. Hall, who earned a spot on the All-CAA First Team, also leads the CAA in three-pointers made (89) and three-pointers made per game (3.1), is fifth in free throw percentage (.793) and in the top-15 in rebounding (5.6rpg), three-point field goal percentage (.312) and steals per game (1.4). One of the most decorated student-athletes in league history, Hall has amassed 2,181 points, good for fourth all-time in the league and is one of only eight CAA players to ever reach the 2,000-point mark. She’s also in the top-10 all-time in three-point field goals (288) and free throw percentage (.803). The CAA Preseason Player of the Year was also named to CAA Player of the Week three times this season.
Smalls, who also earned a spot on the CAA All-Rookie Team, was named the CAA Rookie of the Week six times this season. She leads all rookies with 9.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. She is second in the league in field goal percentage, shooting a clip of 52.0 percent.
Bolden, who also made the All-CAA First Team, is just the second player in CAA history to be named Defensive Player of the Year three times. She has come away with a CAA-best 97 steals and her average of 3.3 per game ranks her in top-15 nationally. She has had at least one steal in all but one game this season. In addition, she is among the top -five in rebounding, averaging 8.2 rebounds per game. Bolden has contributed on the offensive end as the league’s second leading scorer at 18.0 points per game while shooting a conference-best 82.9 percent from the free throw line.
Smith has guided the Phoenix to their first-ever CAA Regular Season Championship, and their first-ever regular season title in their NCAA Division I history. Elon went 24-6 overall, setting the program record for victories, and posted a 16-2 mark in CAA play during the regular season. Elon leads the conference in field goal defense (.359), allowing them to out-score opponents by a margin of 11 points per game. The Phoenix is one of the top-rebounding teams in the league as well, averaging 35.4 per game, nearly seven more than opponents each night. Elon is also averaging 4.5 blocks per game and 69.8 points per game, both good for second in the CAA.
Joining Hall and Bolden on the All-CAA First Team are Drexel forward

Nicole Enabosi. Curran earns her third-straight First Team selection after averaging 15.3 points per game as one of the top shooters in the league, connecting 45.6 percent of the time from the field and 38.8 percent from long range. Burnett is one of the most balanced players in the CAA, averaging 11.9 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 1.6 steals per game. Enabosi is averaging a double-double this season with 13.9 points and 10.1 rebounds per game and has registered 16 double-doubles in 28 games.
