Primis Student-Athlete Spotlight: Alli Burns, Delaware

RICHMOND, Va. (Oct. 26, 2022) – Delaware rowing senior Alli Burns has been recognized by the Colonial Athletic Association as the Primis Student-Athlete Spotlight.
 
Burns spent the summer in South Africa for an internship working in adolescent inpatient psychology, doing observation and group sessions with the residents at a clinic. The Northern Virginia native has interest in working in military psychology following graduation to work with with soldiers and their families to reduce the rate of suicide in the military community.
 
Burns helped Delaware to a second-place finish in the Second Varsity Eight at the 2022 CAA Rowing Championship in New Jersey and was recognized as a CRCA Scholar-Athlete.
