MEN’S CO-GOLFER OF THE WEEK
Max Dupree, Charleston
Junior | Greensboro, Ga. / Gatewood Schools
Dupree’s Charleston debut was a strong one, as the junior transfer shot 5-under to finish fourth at the Old Town Collegiate Invitational. The effort by Dupree in his first tournament as a Cougar was against a field featuring nine teams in the GolfStat top 100 and four Power 5 programs.
MEN’S CO-GOLFER OF THE WEEK
Walker Isley, UNCW
Junior | Oak Island, N.C. / South Brunswick
Isley won the J.T. Poston Invitational with a 4-under performance in the 54-hole tournament. The junior from North Carolina birdied four of his final seven holes to win the event by two strokes. Isley tied his career-low tournament score of 209 in second individual title as a Seahawk.
WOMEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK
Annabelle Ackroyd, Elon
Senior | Calgary, Alberta / William Aberhart
Ackroyd and Elon both finished second at the Boston College Invitational in Massachusetts with Ackroyd two shots back of medalist honors and the Phoenix two behind team champion and host Boston College. Ackroyd turned in a second-round 70 as part of a 3-over performance for the tournament and was one of four Elon players in the top 20.
