RESULTS

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (May 28, 2023)— 
On the final day of competition at the 2023 NCAA Rowing Championship, the Northeastern women's rowing team placed 18th overall in the Division I team standings.
 
Northeastern made its ninth consecutive appearance at the national championship regatta, the Huskies rowed to 18th place in the varsity eight classification (seeded No. 18), 20th place in the second varsity eight classification (seeded No. 18) and 19th place in the varsity four classification (seeded No. 20). The Huskies' 18th place finish marks their best showing at the NCAA regatta since 2017.
  • The varsity four started the day off on a high note, taking first place in the D final with a time of 7:51.322 and just under three seconds ahead of second place Jacksonville.
  • Northeastern's second varsity eight placed second in the D final, crossing the finish line in a time of 7:10.723.
  • Rowing in the C final for the first time since 2017, the first varsity eight finished in a time of 6:45.538.
