RICHMOND, Va. (Oct. 24, 2024) – The final weekend of the CAA women’s soccer regular season grabs the spotlight as the calendar moves later into October.

Women’s Soccer
Elon, Hofstra, Monmouth, and Stony Brook have clinched spots in the upcoming CAA Championship, and any of those teams—or potentially another—can be one of two to earn hosting rights during the first weekend of the tournament.
Two pivotal head-to-heads highlight the Thursday slate, with Towson visiting Delaware (6 p.m.) and Monmouth facing Hofstra (7 p.m.). The day’s other two games feature teams in the top four facing opponents trying to keep their seasons alive, as Northeastern visits Stony Brook (6 p.m.) and Campbell heads to Elon (7 p.m.). All four games can be seen on FloFC.
Six Sunday afternoon games will solidify the bracket, with five at 1 p.m. Hampton visits Monmouth, Charleston is at Campbell, William & Mary heads to Towson, Elon plays UNCW, and Delaware goes to Northeastern. The schedule wraps up at 2 p.m. with Stony Brook visiting Drexel. Five of six contests will be on FloFC, with the Delaware-Northeastern match simulcast in New England on NESN+.
Men’s Soccer
Conference kicks off early as Delaware hosts Drexel on Friday at 7 p.m. on FloFC. Less than 24 hours later, nine CAA teams take the field in conference battles with playoff spots on the line. No. 18 Hofstra takes a trip down to South Carolina to face off against Charleston (12 p.m. FloFC), while UNCW looks to snap Monmouth’s unbeaten run in CAA play (2 p.m. FloFC). Three Saturday night games round out the evening as Elon hopes to end Northeastern’s six-game unbeaten streak (7 p.m. FloFC), Campbell takes on William & Mary (7 p.m. FloFC), and Stony Brook holds the lone out-of-conference matchup with Boston College (7 p.m. ACCNX).
Field Hockey
Two weeks of conference play remain, with three playoff spots still up for grabs on Friday afternoon. Having already qualified for a spot in the CAA Championships, No. 20 Drexel takes on William & Mary (5 p.m.), while Towson and Northeastern host Hofstra and Monmouth, respectively, at 3 p.m. All games are streaming on FloLive.
Six teams take the field in out-of-conference action on Sunday as No. 20 Drexel kicks off the weekend against Wagner (12 p.m. FloLive), while William & Mary subsequently hosts Longwood. Three games fill out the 1 p.m. slate as Hofstra travels to American (ESPN+), Monmouth welcomes LIU to West Long Branch (FloLive), and Towson takes on Lafayette in Maryland (FloLive).
Volleyball
The weekend volleyball schedule starts with a Thursday/Friday series as Campbell visits Hampton. Two other series begin Friday, with Stony Brook heading to Northeastern and Charleston to N.C. A&T. UNCW will be at William & Mary, Towson at Elon, and Delaware at Hofstra as those teams begin their series on Saturday. All 12 weekend matches can be seen on FloVolleyball, with the Friday match at Northeastern simulcast in New England on NESN.
Swimming & Diving
Campbell will compete at East Carolina, Delaware hosts Yale, Monmouth goes up to Fairfield, Northeastern will face MIT and Harvard in Cambridge, Stony Brook opens its season at home against Sacred Heart, Towson will begin the year with a local event against Loyola, Mount St. Mary’s, and UMBC, and William & Mary hosts Johns Hopkins.
Golf
The fall schedule wraps up with a handful of teams in action. On the women’s side, UNCW is the lone team in action, hosting the Landfall Tradition.
In men’s action, N.C. A&T will play the Bridgestone HBCU Invitational in Atlanta, Drexel takes part in the Big 5 Championships, and Charleston is in the Bahamas for the White Sands Invitational.
Cross Country
Stony Brook is the lone team in action in the weekend leading up to the CAA Championships, as the Seawolves will run the Central Connecticut Mini-Meet.
