The Hampton native most recently worked at the University of Florida where she served as the associate head coach. “Returning to my hometown of Hampton to lead these young ladies is a dream come true for me. I am incredibly honored and excited to have this opportunity to contribute to Hampton University Athletics’ rich tradition and mentor the talented student-athletes here,” Augustin said.

Before her time at Charlotte, Wetmore was on staff at UNC Greensboro for six seasons, beginning as the recruiting coordinator and finishing as associate head coach, making stops at Columbia and Adelphi as well. “Monmouth is an incredible place headed in an exciting direction. I am grateful to be a part of this family and look forward to getting to know the team and building upon the program’s recent success. I can’t wait to get to the shore and get to work,” Wetmore said.
Joy McCorvey (Stony Brook)
McCorvey joins Stony Brook for her first head coaching job, after spending the past three seasons as an assistant coach at Tennessee. Her decorated resume includes a record of 286-143 in 13 seasons and 12 postseason appearances. In January 2024, The Athletic rated her among the top 20 assistants who are ready to run their own Division I program.
