Conference Play In CAA Women’s Basketball Tips Off on Friday

At long last, conference play in CAA women’s basketball is here with all 14 teams taking the court on Friday and Sunday.
 
Tipping the action off on Friday afternoon, last year’s regular season champ Stony Brook (5-6) travels to Northeastern (1-8) at 3 p.m. The reigning CAA champion, Drexel (4-6), hosts Delaware (3-7) at 6 p.m. 
 
The remaining 10 teams take the court at 7 p.m. Charleston, which is off to an impressive 9-2 start, plays Towson (2-9). Hofstra (5-6) travels to a Monmouth (5-6) squad which is on a five-game winning streak. Preseason favorite North Carolina A&T (4-7) faces off against Elon (6-5), Campbell (7-5) takes on UNCW (6-7), and William & Mary (3-8) battles Hampton (4-7).
 
All seven games on Friday can be seen on FloCollege. Hofstra/Monmouth will air on SNY and NBC Sports Philadelphia.
