Nicole Bartlett split Rookie of the Week honors, respectively, on Monday.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Kayla Adams, UNCW
Graduate Student | Forward | Bellevue, Wash.
Adams scored a goal and tallied an assist in the Seahawks' 4-1 victory over William & Mary. Adams tallied her team-leading fourth assist of the season on the eventual game-winning goal in the 24th minute, feeding Hailey Longwell. The Bellevue, Wash., product also netted her second goal of the year in the 78th minute. Adams is currently tied for the CAA lead in assists during conference play with three.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Eliza Teplow, Northeastern
Junior | Goalkeeper | Wellesley, Mass.
For the second time this season, Teplow posted a clean sheet to garner Defensive Player of the Week honors, guiding Northeastern to its first CAA win of the season in a 1-0 shutout over Stony Brook. The Wellesley, Mass., native registered stops on nine of Stony Brook’s 15 total shots. The junior goalkeeper’s nine saves matched her career-high set at Brown on Sept. 4 and against Towson on Oct. 5. The shutout marks her second of the season.
CO-ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Evangeline Perdomo, Monmouth
Freshman | Forward | Bay Shore, N.Y.
Perdomo notched the team’s second goal in a 3-0 Monmouth victory on Sunday against Towson. Her 39th-minute strike bumped her goal total to three on the season, including two in conference play. The Bay Shore, N.Y., native leads all Monmouth freshmen with seven points, fourth-best on the team overall.
CO-ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Nicole Bartlett, Northeastern
Freshman | Midfielder | Weston, Conn.
Bartlett notched her first collegiate goal to guide Northeastern to a 1-0 victory over Stony Brook. Barlett's game-winning tally came in the 29th minute, getting a right foot on the cross from Sabrina Araujo-Elorza and going bar down for the goal.
