FCS Top 25 Polls Feature Three CAA Football Teams Again This Week

RICHMOND, Va. (October 13, 2025) – The latest FCS Top 25 polls released by Stats Perform and the AFCA continue to include three teams from CAA Football.
Monmouth (5-1), which earned a 42-31 road victory at Towson last week, moved up to No. 10 in the AFCA poll and No. 11 in the Stats poll. The Hawks return home on Saturday against Stony Brook.
Villanova (4-2) rose to No. 14 in the AFCA poll and No. 15 in the Stats poll after rallying for a 29-21 road win at Elon last week. The Wildcats open a stretch of four of five at home when they welcome Hampton on Saturday.
Rhode Island (5-2) climbed to No. 15 in the AFCA rankings and No. 16 in the Stats rankings following a 38-27 win over New Hampshire last Satuday. The Rams travel to UAlbany this week.
Elon (4-3) continued to receive votes in the AFCA poll after its narrow loss to Villanova.
