CAA Football Has Three Teams Ranked In Top 10 For First Time All Season

RICHMOND, Va. (November 3, 2025) – Three CAA Football teams are ranked among the top 10 in the nation for the first time this season as the latest FCS Top 25 polls were released by Stats Perform and the AFCA on Monday.
Monmouth (8-1) moved up to No. 6 in the AFCA poll and No. 7 in the Stats poll after extending its winning streak to six by beating Bryant, 35-7, last Saturday. The Hawks are back at home this week to take on New Hampshire.
Villanova (6-2), which was off last week, rose to No. 8 in the AFCA rankings and No. 10 in the Stats rankings. The Wildcats, who have won five in a row, visit Towson on Saturday.
Rhode Island (7-2), which also had a bye last week, moved up to No. 10 in the AFCA poll and is ranked No. 14 in the Stats poll. The Rams take a three-game winning streak to Elon on Saturday.
New Hampshire (5-4) received votes in the Stats poll for the second straight week. UNH travels to nationally ranked Monmouth on Saturday.
