V4 NCAAs Huskies Close Season At NCAA Championship

WEST WINDSOR, N.J.— The Northeastern women's rowing team placed 19th overall in the Division I team standings on the final day of competition at the 2025 NCAA Rowing Championship at Mercer Lake.
 
As Northeastern made its 11th consecutive appearance at the national championship regatta, the Huskies rowed to 19th place in the varsity eight classification, 17th place in the second varsity eight classification and 20th place in the varsity four classification. 
  • The varsity four started the day off with a second-place finish in the D final with a time of 7:27.367.
  • Rowing in the C Final for the first time since 2019, the second varsity eight, crossed the finish line in a time of 6:39.158, under a second behind fourth-place Dartmouth.
  • The first varsity eight capped the weekend on a high note, winning the D Final with a time of 6:34.332, coming from behind to defeat Boston University.
