Ekaterina Prokhorova captured CAA Women’s Golfer of the Week on Wednesday after an outstanding performance at the Bridgestone HBCU Invitational.

Prokhorova blew away the competition at the Bridgestone HBCU Invitational as the only competitor to shoot under par. Her three-round score of 14-under 202 was 18 strokes better than second place. The Moscow, Russia native shot a 5-under in the opening round to pull away from the pack early, draining six birdies. She followed up with an eagle on a par-5 to open the back nine en route to a 4-under second round, before closing out the invitational with another 5-under.
