RICHMOND, Va. (March 26, 2026) – Elon graduate men’s soccer player Jackson Leavitt has been selected as the 2025-26 CAA Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year following a vote by the conference’s Academic Affairs Committee.

Leavitt compiled a 3.8 grade point average while completing his undergraduate degree in business administration with a double major in Finance and Business Analytics. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business analytics, where he has a 3.91 GPA. Leavitt has been a member of the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll and Elon Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in all nine semesters, made the President’s List four times and the Dean’s List once. On the field, Leavitt earned first-team All-CAA accolades in 2025 after leading the conference and ranking among the top 10 nationally in goals against average (0.57) and save percentage (.843). His program-record 12 total shutouts were the most by a CAA goalkeeper since 2018. Leavitt also made the CAA All-Tournament team after helping lead the Phoenix to a conference championship and a berth in the NCAA Championship. He made the USC All-Atlantic Region second team.

In addition to his academic and athletic achievements, Leavitt traveled to Brazil with the men’s soccer team, conducting a youth clinic for young Brazilian players and learning more about the culture of the country. He has worked as a financial analyst intern with Northrop Grumann and a private equity intern with Benford Capital Partners.

In honor of his accomplishment, Leavitt will receive a $1,000 stipend along with a crystal award.
