RICHMOND, Va. – Elon’s Isa Murdock notched a hat trick last week to earn CAA Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, while Towson freshman Jayla Caldwell and Monmouth goalkeeper Tallulah Miller secured Rookie and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, on Monday.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Isa Murdock, Elon
Redshirt Senior | Forward | Colorado Springs, Colo.
Murdock netted her first career hat trick in Elon’s 5-0 victory at VMI on Thursday. The redshirt senior scored the Phoenix’s first two goals of the match, both coming in the first half before completing the hat trick by converting Elon's fourth tally of the contest in the 86th minute. Murdock became the first Elon player to record a hat trick since teammate Grace Gelhaus did so in 2023 against Hampton. It was Murdock's second career multi-goal outing and first since 2024. The hat trick also pushed the Phoenix forward over the 50-point threshold for her career. The Colorado Springs, Colo., product leads Elon with 13 points on the campaign, logging five goals and three assists en route to helping the team boast a top-20 scoring offense nationally through the first month of the season.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Tallulah Miller, Monmouth
Senior | Goalkeeper | Mechanicsville, Va.
Miller doubled her clean sheet total last week after posting back-to-back shutouts against St. John’s and NJIT. The Hawks blanked the Red Storm, 1-0, needing just one save from the Mechanicsville, Va., native. She followed up with a five-stop showing against the Highlanders to pick up her fourth clean sheet of the season.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Jayla Caldwell, Towson
Freshman | Defender | Ashburn, Va.
Caldwell registered a brace in the team’s 3-1 victory over Bucknell to open her collegiate scoring ledger. Playing primarily as an outside back, the Ashburn, Va., native cashed in on a pair of corner set pieces. The freshman defender headed home a feed from Emely Rubio in the 38th minute before chipping a failed clear attempt past the keeper just over five minutes later.
