2011 CAA BASEBALL CHAMPIONSHIP TO BE VIDEO STREAMED

The 2011 CAA Baseball Championship gets underway on Thursday at Brooks Field in Wilmington, N.C.

Tournament action in the four-team double-elimination event starts on Thursday as top-seeded James Madison (37-17, 21-9 in CAA) faces #4 Georgia State (37-19, 16-14 in CAA) at 3 p.m., followed by #2 Old Dominion (28-24, 19-11) against #3 UNC Wilmington (30-26, 18-12) at 7 p.m. Action continues on Friday with a loser's bracket game at Noon, followed by a winner's bracket contest at 3:30 p.m. At 7 p.m., the winner of the loser's bracket game will meet the loser of the winner's bracket contest.

The CAA championship game is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 28. The champion will earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Baseball Championship.

All games will be video streamed on CAASports.com Media Center ($4.95 per game or $9.95 for a tournament pass). Live stats will also be available along with game stories, box scores, and video recaps.
