Elon 38, Richmond 28

Elon (5-2, 3-1 CAA) got big offensive performances from quarterback Jalen Greene and running back Jaylan Thomas to get past Richmond, 38-28. Making their first career starts, Greene was 7-of-11 passing for 205 yards and 2 TD's and added 79 yards and a TD on the ground, while Thomas rushed for a career-best 150 yards and a TD on 27 attempts. In a contest that went back-and-forth throughout, Greene connected on a 30-yard TD pass to Thomas that put the Phoenix ahead 35-21 with 6:15 left in the third quarter. Richmond (3-5, 1-4) pulled within 35-28 as Joe Mancuso hit Jarmal Bevels on a 40-yard TD pass with 8:48 remaining, but could get no closer. Mancuso passed for 215 yards and 2 TD's and also ran for 46 yards. Freshman Aaron Dykes rushed for a team-best 76 yards and 2 TD's on only 12 carries.
Delaware 38, New Hampshire 14

Delaware's defense forced four turnovers and limited New Hampshire to 190 total yards as the Blue Hens (5-2, 3-1) picked up a 38-14 victory over the Wildcats. Linebacker Troy Reeder had another big afternoon for UD with a team-high nine tackles, 3.0 TFL, a fumble recovery and a blocked punt. Offensivey Pat Kehoe threw touchdown passes to Charles Scarff and Vinny Papale and the Hens also got scoring runs from Kani Kane and Joe Walker. Nasir Adderley returned a kickoff 92 yards for a TD to cap the scoring for the Blue Hens. New Hampshire (1-6, 0-4 CAA) also got a big effort from its defense, keeping UD to 177 yards. Running back Evan Gray paced the offense with 75 yards and a TD on 17 carries.
Towson 56, UAlbany 28

Towson (6-1, 4-0 CAA) won its fifth straight game and took over sole possession of first place in the CAA after earning a 56-28 triumph at UAlbany. Quarterback Tom Flacco was 23-of-36 passing for 306 yards and 2 TD's and added 80 yards and 2 TD's on the ground as the Tigers piled up 538 yards of total offense. Shane Leatherbury caught seven passes for 114 yards and a TD and Jabari Allen had seven receptions for 90 yards and a score. UAlbany (2-5, 0-4 CAA) had over 400 yards of total offense. Vincent Testaverde passed for 210 yards and two touchdowns, both of which went to Juwan Green, who made four receptions for 135 yards.

William & Mary (3-4, 2-2 CAA) got big plays on both sides of the ball to defeat Maine, 27-20, handing the nationally ranked Black Bears their first league loss. The Tribe defense intercepted three passes, including one by Arman Jones that was returned 90 yards for a touchdown. Offensively, W&M quarterback Ted Hefter came off the bench in the second quarter and passed for a career-high 170 yards, including a 30-yard TD strike to Jalen Christian that put W&M ahead 24-17 early in the fourth quarter. Tight end Nick Muse made eight receptions for 107 yards and a TD. Maine (4-3, 3-1 CAA) was led offensively by wide receiver Earnest Edwards, who caught nine passes for 196 yards and also returned four kickoffs for 126 yards. Ramon Jefferson ran for 80 yards and a TD.
Stony Brook 52, Rhode Island 14

In a battle of Top 25 squads, Stony Brook (6-2, 4-1 CAA) jumped out to a 24-0 second-quarter lead and never looked back in a 52-14 victory over Rhode Island. For the fourth time this season, both members of the Seawolves' Long Island Express topped the century mark on the ground as Donald Liotine ran for 119 yards and a TD and Jordan Gowins contributed 117 yards and 2 TD's. Quarterback Joe Carbone passed for a TD and ran for another. SBU's defense held URI to 201 total yards. For the Rams (4-3, 2-2 CAA), Naim Jones ran for 76 yards and 2 TD's on just 14 carries. Branyan Javier-Castillo made a team-best 15 tackles.
