This Week In CAA Football - Week 1 Playoff Preview

UAlbany and Villanova will represent CAA Football in the first round of the NCAA FCS playoffs on Saturday. The Great Danes, who are making their first playoff appearance ever as a CAA member and first overall since 2011, host Northeast Conference champion Central Connecticut State at 1 p.m. The Wildcats, who are back in the playoffs for the first time since 2016, travel to Southeastern Louisiana out of the Southland Conference for a 4 p.m. contest.
