Villanova 35, Richmond 28

Freshman TD Ayo-Durojaiye's 20-yard TD run with 8:56 remaining gave Villanova (7-3, 4-3) a 35-28 comeback win over Richmond. The Wildcats trailed 28-21 through three quarters, but got a game-tying 9-yard TD run from quarterback Daniel Smith with 11:45 to go before Ayo-Durojaiye's game-winner less than three minutes later. Smith finished 20-of-28 passing for 235 yards and also ran for 105 yards and 2 TD's. VU freshman DeeWil Barlee rushed for 114 yards and a TD on 18 attempts. Richmond (5-5, 4-2 CAA), which had its four-game CAA winning streak snapped, scored all 28 of its points in the first half behind another big afternoon from quarterback Joe Mancuso. He rushed for a team-high 89 yards, including scoring runs of 25 and 35 yards, and also threw for 114 yards and 2 TD's. Daniel Jones paced UR's defense with 15 tackles, while VU linebacker Drew Wiley had five tackles, 3.5 TFL's, a forced fumble and an interception. VU's Nowooola Awopetu opened the game with a 100-yard kickoff return for a TD.

UAlbany 21, Delaware 17

Jeff Undercuffler's third touchdown pass of the day, a 13-yarder to Jerah Reeves with 10:54 to play, lifted UAlbany (6-4 ,4-2 CAA) to a 21-17 victory at Delaware. Undecuffler threw for 176 yards and extended his school-record TD pass total to 31 for the season. UAlbany's Juwan Green made seven receptions for 132 yards, including TD catches of 15 and 64 yards in the first half that gave the Great Danes a 14-7 advantage. Delaware (4-6, 2-4 CAA) tied the game at 14-14 on a 28-yard TD run by Will Knight midway through the second quarter and Jake Roth's 21-yard field goal on the final play of the half put the Blue Hens on top, 17-14. UAlbany tallied the only points of the second half early in the fourth quarter with a 10-play, 73-yard drive capped by Undercuffler's TD pass for the winning score. UA's Karl Mofor ran for 132 yards on 22 carries, while UD's Knight rushed for 79 yards and caught two passes for 61 yards. The Great Danes' defense didn't allow a point in the second half and forced a pair of critical fumbles in the third quarter.

William & Mary 55, Rhode Island 19

William & Mary (4-6, 2-4 CAA) rushed for a school-record 462 yards and seven touchdowns in rolling past Rhode Island, 55-19, for its second straight win. Bronson Yoder rushed for a career-best 144 yards and a TD on 14 carries, Owen Wright tallied 123 yards and a TD on just 12 attempts and quarterback Hollis Mathis ran for 82 yards and 2 TD's while throwing for 118 yards and a score to lead the Tribe. W&M jumped out to a 21-0 first-quarter lead on TD runs by Albert Funderburke, Mathis and Zach Burdick and expanded the margin to 35-6 at halftime. For Rhode Island (2-8, 0-6 CAA), reserve freshman quarterback Darius Perrantes was 12-of-21 passing for 188 yards and 2 TD's. Receiver Isaiah Coulter made eight receptions for 153 yards and 3 TD's, including a 61-yard grab early in the third quarter. Miles Hayes made two interceptions for the W&M defense, which forced four turnovers in the contest that resulted in 21 points.

Maine 31, Elon 17

Maine (5-5, 3-3 CAA) sprinted out to a 28-0 first-quarter lead and held on to beat Elon, 31-17, for its third consecutive victory. Quarterback Joe Fagnano completed 20-of-29 passes for 320 yards and two touchdowns, while receiver Earnest Edwards made five receptions for 153 yards and a TD and also threw his fifth TD pass of the season. Fagnano hit Devin Young with a 60-yard scoring strike on the opening drive of the game and added an 88-yarder to Edwards to make it 21-0. The Black Bears' defense held Elon to 276 total yards, with Adrian Otero recording 11 tackles and two sacks. Elon (4-6, 3-4 CAA) was led offensively by quarterback Davis Cheek, who was 18-of-37 passing for 203 yards and a TD.

Towson 31, Stony Brook 14

Tom Flacco passed for 283 yards and two touchdowns, guiding Towson (6-4, 3-3 CAA) to a 31-14 road win at Stony Brook. The Tigers trailed 7-3, but got a 12-yard scoring run from receiver Shane Leatherbury to take the lead with 4:43 to go in the second quarter and added a 1-yard TD run from Yeedee Thanrat to extend their advantage to 17-7 at the half. Flacco hit Leatherbury with a 12-yard TD pass in the third quarter and found Darian Street on a 68-yard scoring play early in the fourth quarter to take control. The Tigers' defense intercepted three passes, including two by Keon Paye in the fourth quarter. For Stony Brook (5-5, 2-4 CAA), quarterback Tyquell Fields passed for 241 yards and two touchdowns and also ran for a team-high 77 yards on 7 carries. Wide receiver Nick Anderson made eight receptions for a career-high 205 yards and 2 TD's. 

James Madison 54, New Hampshire 16

James Madison (9-1, 6-0 CAA) piled up 537 yards of total offense and clinched at least a share of the CAA Football title with a convincing 54-16 victory over New Hampshire. Dukes' quarterback Ben DiNucci was 19-of-24 passing for 293 yards and 2 TD's and added another score on the ground, while Percy Agyei-Obese rushed for 130 yards and 3 TD's on 21 carries. Brandon Polk made five receptions for 136 yards and a TD. JMU's defense was equally as impressive, limiting the Wildcats to 243 total yards and only six points over the final three quarters. New Hampshire (5-4, 4-2 CAA) found the end zone on the opening drive of the game as a 49-yard pass to Malik Love from Benyeal Hill set up a 1-yard TD run by Max Brosmer. The Wildcats held a 10-3 lead late in the first quarter when DiNucci found Polk on a 58-yard scoring pass to tie the contest. DiNucci added a touchdown pass and run in the second quarter and Agyei-Obese put the game away with a pair of scoring runs in the third quarter.
