RICHMOND, Va. (Dec. 2, 2019) – Delaware’s Nicole Enabosi has been named Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) women’s basketball Player of the Week, while William & Mary’s Bre Bellamy collected CAA Rookie of the Week honors for the second straight week.

Enabosi returned to the court on Nov. 29 after missing all of the 2018-19 season and the first four games of the 2019-20 season due to an ACL injury. She finished with 45 points in a 2-0 week for the Blue Hens and scored a career-high 32 points in Delaware’s 81-80 overtime win over Santa Clara at the Titan Classic. Though she played just 17 minutes against Cal State Fullerton, she was able to score 13 points. Enabosi was named to the Titan Classic All-Tournament team.
 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Bellamy added two more double-figure contests in the Tribe's two wins this week. In the win against Hartford, Bellamy was one of three players with a team-high 10 points, as she added a pair of steals in the win. She then scored 10 again and added five rebounds, and season-highs in assists (3) and blocks (3). For the week she averaged 10.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.5 blokcs, and 1.5 steals. She has started all seven games for the Tribe, averaging 9.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.6 blocks per game.
