CAA Releases 2022 LSN Broadcasting Schedule

RICHMOND, Va. (Jan. 28, 2022) – The Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) has released the schedule for the 2022 CAA Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse broadcast package on Lax Sports Network (LSN).
The broadcast package includes 10 men’s and five women’s contests. In addition to the 15 or more regular-season contests, LSN will provide live coverage of both the CAA Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse Championships.
The CAA Men’s Lacrosse package provides five non-conference matchups and five conference contests. Coverage begins on Friday, February 11, as Towson hosts nationally-ranked Johns Hopkins at Johnny Unitas Stadium.
Conference action for the men will begin Saturday, April 2, when UMass hosts Delaware. Two of the three games the final weekend of the season will be carried on LSN as UMass hosts Drexel on Friday, April 29, and Towson entertains Hofstra on Saturday, April 30.
The CAA Women’s Lacrosse package features nationally-ranked teams in all five games, with four non-conference contests and one conference matchup. The first game will air Saturday, February 12, when North Carolina travels to Sentara Park to take on James Madison. The CAA matchup will take place Saturday, April 9, with Towson hosting Drexel.
The 2022 CAA Men’s Lacrosse Championship will be hosted by Drexel at Vidas Field, with the semifinals on Thursday, May 5, followed by the Championship game on Saturday, May 7.
The 2022 CAA Women’s Lacrosse Championship is scheduled to take place May 6-8, with the semifinal action Friday, May 6, followed by the Championship game Sunday, May 8.
