UAlbany Rejoins FCS Top 25 To Give CAA Football Four Ranked Teams This Week

RICHMOND, Va. (October 30, 2023) – Four CAA Football teams are nationally ranked this week as Stats Perform and the AFCA released their FCS Top 25 polls on Monday.
Delaware (7-1) remained at #5 in the Stats poll and #6 in the AFCA poll after a convincing 51-13 triumph at Towson last Saturday to push its winning streak to six. The Blue Host Elon this week.
Villanova (6-2) moved up to #17 in the Stats poll and entered the AFCA poll at #22 following a 48-13 victory over Stony Brook last week. The Wildcats travel to New Hampshire on Saturday.
UAlbany (6-3) climbed back into the Stats poll at #23 and is receiving votes in the AFCA poll after winning 37-21 at Maine last Saturday. The Great Danes play host to William & Mary this week.
William & Mary (5-3) is ranked #24 by both Stats and the AFCA after edging Monmouth, 31-28, last Saturday to end a three-game slide. The Tribe travels to UAlbany this week.
Richmond (6-3) received votes in the Stats poll, while
New Hampshire (4-4) picked up votes in the AFCA poll.
