Madison Durr secured Player of the Week honors after averaging 33.5 points per game last week, while freshman
Collin O’Connor of Stony Brook was named Rookie of the Week on Monday.

Madison Durr, Monmouth
Junior | Guard | Atlanta, Ga.
Durr went off for 33.5 points per game on 66.7 percent shooting from the floor (16-24 FG) and a perfect 33-for-33 from the charity stripe. The junior guard also registered 4.0 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game. The Atlanta native became the CAA’s first 40-point scorer in over two years after unloading 40 points on 10-of-11 shooting and a perfect 19-for-19 from the line in a 104-97 double-overtime win against Drexel. His perfect performance at the line set a new CAA record for most made free throws without a miss. Durr’s mark also set a new game-high across the nation this season, becoming the 26
th player in NCAA Division I history to knock down at least 19 free throws without a miss. Durr followed up with a 27-point performance in Monmouth’s 92-83 win over Delaware, draining all 14 of his attempts from the free-throw line. The Hawks’ guard also earned the Lou Henson National Player of the Week honor by CollegeInsider.com.
CAA ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Collin O’Connor, Stony Brook
Freshman | Guard | Dayton, Ohio
O’Connor produced back-to-back outings in double figures en route to 18.5 points across a full 40.0 minutes per game last week. The freshman guard flirted with a double-double against Charleston, posting 10 points and seven assists. The Dayton, Ohio product led all scorers with 27 points on 9-of-17 shooting, a trio of treys and a 6-for-6 showing at the line against UNCW. He also chipped in three boards and three assists against the Seahawks. O’Connor has registered double-digit scoring efforts in each of his last three games and paces the team with 67 total assists this season.
