To complete his degree at Syracuse, Della Penna worked for WPRI-TV in Providence, R.I as reporter for the New England Patriots during training camp in 2024. He also has broadcast experience with professional organizations like the Rochester Americans (American Hockey League) and Rochester Knighthawks (National Lacrosse League) as well as collegiately with the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Della Penna earned his undergraduate degree in Journalism and Strategic Communications from Canisius before securing a master's degree in Broadcast & Digital Journalism at Syracuse.

Poole joins the CAA following a three-year stint as a sports reporter at WACH FOX 57 in Columbia, S.C., where she helped cover the University of South Carolina, Clemson University, the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC in addition to serving as a sideline reporter for live high school football games.
