Brown Huffard was named CAA Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, while Hofstra’s
Milo Risenhoover earned Defensive Player of the Week honors. Hofstra’s
Ben Schulz rounded out the weekly awards by earning Rookie of the Week recognition.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Brown Huffard, William & Mary

Huffard led William & Mary to a 1-0-1 week, recording three goals and six points. The freshman scored twice in a 4-0 win over Navy, opening the scoring in the 25th minute before adding his second goal in the 62nd minute. Huffard followed up with the equalizer in the 34th minute of a 1-1 draw at Charleston. Huffard has scored in three consecutive games and leads the Tribe with seven goals and 15 points this season.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Milo Risenhoover, Hofstra
5th | GK | Portland, Ore.
Risenhoover posted his sixth clean sheet of the season in Hofstra’s 2-0 shutout win over Monmouth. The graduate goalkeeper faced 11 total shots over 90 minutes and stopped all four attempts on goal to secure the victory.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Ben Schulz, Hofstra
Fr. | F | Berlin, Germany
Schulz contributed to both goals in Hofstra’s 2-0 win over Monmouth. The Berlin, Germany, native assisted on James York’s opening goal in the 28th minute before finding the back of the net at 67:50 for a three-point effort. Schulz has scored in two consecutive games and in four of Hofstra’s last six contests.
