CAA Men’s Lacrosse Weekly Awards – Feb. 23, 2026

RICHMOND, Va. (Feb. 23, 2026) –Monmouth attacker Ty Caffarelli, Fairfield defender Julian Radossich and Hampton attacker Anthony Bardonille Jr. are the CAA men’s lacrosse weekly award winners for the week ending on February 22. 
 
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK 
Ty Caffarelli, Monmouth
Senior | Attack | Newport Beach, Ca. / Corona Del Mar
Caffarelli broke his own single-game scoring record as the Hawks moved past Wagner 15-7. The senior attacker netted eight times in the victory, breaking the record for most goals and points in a game in program history. The Corona Del Mar alumni ranks third nationally with 5.00 goals per game, and leads the CAA in goals (15) and points (16). Caffarelli’s tally is the single-game best by any Division I player this season.
 
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Julian Radossich, Fairfield
Junior | Defender | Ridgewood, N.J. / Delbarton
Radossich helped lift Fairfield to a 15-9 win over Wagner last weekend. The 2025 CAA Defensive Player of the Year caused three turnovers and scooped up a ground ball to earn the Stags their second win of the season. Radossich also forced one turnover against Sacred Heart.
 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Anthony Bardonille Jr., Hampton
Freshman | Attack | Washington, D.C. / Spire Academy
Bardonille Jr. paced his team with seven points in a loss to VMI. The first-year attacker netted four goals and assisted on three as the Pirates scored their most goals (15) in a Division I game. The D.C. native was a perfect 4-for-4 on shots on goal. He has scored in every game of Hampton’s season so far.
