RICHMOND, Va. (Mar. 7, 2026) - The seeds are locked in for the 2026 Credit Union 1 CAA Women’s Basketball Championship, which will be played March 11-15 at CareFirst Arena in Washington, D.C.
 
Heading into the final day of action, Charleston, Drexel, and Stony Brook had already clinched double byes. The final day of conference play proved pivotal in seeding the teams 2-13.
 
The action all kicks off on Wednesday, March 11, as No. 13 UNCW No. 12 Northeastern hit the court starting at 2 p.m. 
 
The winner of Wednesday’s contest will join seven other teams in the second round of action on March 12. No. 8 William & Mary starts its title defense against No. 9 N.C. A&T to kickstart the day at noon, followed by No. 5 Monmouth facing off against the Game 1 winner. No. 10 Hofstra takes the court at 6 p.m. against No. 7 Towson, while No. 6 Elon closes out the night against No. 11 Hampton.
 
Top-seeded Charleston begins Friday’s quarterfinal play against the winner of Game 2 at 12 p.m. No. 4 Stony Brook will battle the winner of Game 3 at 2:30 p.m. The evening session features No. 2 Campbell matching up against the winner of Game 4, followed by No. 3 Drexel hitting the court at 8:30 p.m. against the winner of Game 5.
 
The teams who make it out of Friday’s quarterfinal action will meet on Saturday, March 16 at 2 and 4:30 p.m. with the Championship Game tipping off on Sunday, March 15 at. 2 p.m.
 
The first 11 matchups will be streaming live on FloCollege, with Sunday’s Championship game being nationally televised on CBS Sports Network.
