RICHMOND, Va. – Following an incredible season of competition, the 2026 CAA Women’s Lacrosse bracket has been locked in following Saturday’s final day of action.
Top-seeded Stony Brook (15-2, 7-0 CAA) emerged as the CAA’s regular season champion for the fourth consecutive season following its 15-4 win over Elon on Friday and will play host to the CAA’s postseason slate at Kenneth P. LaValle Stadium on April 30 & May 2. The Seawolves will look to become just the second program in league history to secure four straight CAA Tournament crowns, joining James Madison, who won from 2017-21, in which the 2020 season was not completed due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
Fourth-seeded Phoenix (7-9, 3-4 CAA) will make their way north for the 2026 CAA Women’s Lacrosse Championship for a rematch of this year’s regular-season finale with the Seawolves. Elon and Stony Brook will square off for the third straight season in the CAA semifinals when the two programs face off on Thursday, April 30, at noon.
No. 2 seed Hofstra (10-6, 6-1 CAA) and No. 3 seed Towson (7-10, 5-2 CAA) both return to the postseason slate after clinching their spot prior to their final game of the regular season, set to square off 30 minutes following the opening matchup. The Pride edged out the Tigers, 13-10, in their lone regular-season meeting. The two programs will square off in the postseason for the first time since the 2019 CAA Semifinals, where Hofstra earned an 11-8 victory. The Pride will look to claim its first conference crown since 2007, while Towson will try and secure its first since the 2016 campaign.
All three games of the 2026 CAA Women’s Lacrosse Tournament will be broadcast live on FloCollege, with Jonny Wincott and Jack Barteck on the call. Fans can also stay up-to-date and follow along on the CAA Tournament Central at
