CAA Rowing Weekly Awards –May 13, 2026

RICHMOND, Va. (May 13, 2026) – The CAA has announced its final honoree for rowing weekly awards during the 2026 season. Drexel’s Varsity 4+ boat collected the accolades for its performance in the Dad Vail.
BOAT OF THE WEEK
Drexel, Varsity 4+
The Dragons led coast-to-coast to capture the program’s first gold medal in the event. The boat, made up of Katie O’Donnell (Coxswain), Kari Prosperi (Stroke), Hazel Danko, Paige Hartshorn, and River Trotter (Bow), held a slight lead over Georgetown at the 500m mark, before steadily pulling away in the final half. Drexel cruised through the finish line with a time of 7:28.36, nearly five seconds ahead of the Hoyas.
