Phil Steele Preseason FCS All-America Team Includes 23 From CAA Football

RICHMOND, Va. (August 3, 2026) – CAA Football had 23 players from nine different teams recognized on the preseason Phil Steele FCS All-America team.

Receiving first-team All-America honors were Rhode Island wide receiver Marquis Buchanan, Rhode Island linebacker Moses Meus, Monmouth safety Jaeden Jones and Elon kicker Luke Barnes.

Selected to the All-America second team were Rhode Island offensive lineman Tre Alexander, Rhode Island defensive lineman Case Mankins, Stony Brook linebacker Anthony Ferrelli, North Carolina A&T punt returner Elijah Kennedy and Rhode Island long snapper Dillon Keough.

Chosen as third-team All-Americans were Rhode Island quarterback Devin Farrell, Maine offensive lineman Anthony Iliano, Elon linebacker Brodie Carroll, Rhode Island linebacker Rohan Davy, Elon defensive back Tony Hart III and Stony Brook defensive back Miles McGoy.

Named to the All-America fourth team were New Hampshire running back Myles Thomason, Monmouth offensive lineman Marcus Middleton, Elon offensive lineman Tim Hogan, Hampton defensive Korede Sogbesan, Rhode Island defensive back Andre DePina-Gray, Bryant defensive back Olatunde Mkparu, Maine kicker Samuel Tremblay and Bryant kickoff returner Keylijah Williams.
